The Veterinary Centre is an exceptional mixed practice that services the North Otago, Central Otago, and lower South Canterbury region, with a reputation for excellence of service, and adding value to our clients’ business operations.

We are focused on providing a full range of veterinary services to our clientele, and offer skill development opportunities rarely available with the same scope and frequency in other practices.

Our veterinarians are highly competent practitioners, developing skill sets that result in a broad range of attractive employment and career opportunities, whether within one of our Veterinary Centres, or in any other part of the globe.

We are currently looking for an additional veterinarian to join our team of 28 vets.  If you are passionate about your career as a veterinarian, and wish to join an experienced, well balanced practice with a huge depth of skills and experience, then contact us for more information - check our web site, www.vet111.co.nz for more details on the skill sets, experience and qualifications of our passionate, professional staff.  The Veterinary Centre strives to achieve a "gold standard" reputation across a range of special interests, with focus on intensive dairying, traditional sheep beef and deer farms, and advanced companion animal services.

The advertised vacancy is for a veterinarian to take responsibility for our Waitaki Valley clients, based in the Kurow and Omarama regions, with a significant focus on productive high country sheep and beef farms, and the wide variety of veterinary medicine which that involves. While this would be your primary goal, you would be actively involved with the wider Veterinary Centre team.

Attractive duty rosters, remuneration packages, Continuing Education, etc are all offered, and you would be living and working in a spectacular part of New Zealand, but more importantly your job satisfaction and future are assured.
